Shipping policy

SHIPPING FEES:

Orders under $250: $15 shipping fee

Orders $250 and over: Free shipping

Expedited orders: $30 fee for 2 day shipping via UPS

ONLINE RETURNS & INQUIRIES:

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If there is an error with your order or you would like to return your online order, email amy@wallawallaclothing.com and we will respond within 48 hours regarding your return or order issue. We cannot refund international duties or taxes.

Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our brick & mortar store and subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible. All orders are shipped via trackable UPS delivery and will be shipped within 3 business days of payment. 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
Walla Walla Clothing will exchange or refund non-sale items within 14 days of original purchase date. All goods must be unworn, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

Please include a copy of your order in the package  Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Returns will be issued after the goods have been received and processed. Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of arrival for returns to process.
